Lisa K. Chubinsky, CTS, CPC, CSP
Principal & Co-Founder
Lisa Chubinsky is a Principal and Co-Founder of Staff Providers, LLC. In the United States, Lisa is one of less than 300 recruiters to hold certifications in both Temporary and Direct Hire Staffing from the National Association of Personnel Services. The American Staffing Association additionally certifies her. She is a former Connecticut Association of Personnel Services Regional Vice President.
Mrs. Chubinsky was the original founder of L. Kohler & Co. LLC, an extremely successful contingency firm in Connecticut, which expanded regionally to become Staff Providers, LLC. She is a skilled staffing professional, who has served in senior recruiting and management positions with both regional and national staffing firms, including that of Executive Vice President. In the 90’s, Lisa was instrumental in starting a Medical Staffing division for a National Staffing firm.
Her in-depth knowledge of staffing and its impact on healthcare issues are frequently sought-out by Staff Providers clientele and valued throughout the greater business community. Mrs. Chubinsky writes and lectures for various healthcare and business organizations including the Fairfield County Medical Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College, and a Master of Music Degree in Vocal Performance with Honors, from the New England Conservatory in Boston.

Howard E. Chubinsky, Esq.
Principal, General Counsel, & Co-Founder Howard E. Chubinsky is a recruiter, an attorney and one of the founding principals of Staff Providers, LLC. Mr. Chubinsky is primarily responsible for managing the firm's new client development, insurance and legal matters. He also helps to shape the strategic goals and direction of the company.Mr. Chubinsky’s qualifications and experience have been recognized through his appointment to the “One Coast…One Future Health Care Initiative” sponsored by Congressman Chris Shays. In this group he regularly meets with the Presidents of hospitals and universities as well as a handful of other senior level managers as they formulate a strategy to attract and retain skilled healthcare workers, as the first of the baby boomers retire. He is also an active member of the Hospital Association, Medical Group Managers Association, and several Health Care Councils.
Mr. Chubinsky is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, and John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to co-founding Staff Providers, LLC in 2001, he practiced law in the City of New York for approximately 20 years where he served on the Judicial Screening Committees of various Bar Associations, and hosted a weekly television show entitled “Law-Your Right to Know.”
